Quality management is one of the central building blocks on the way to a climate-neutral building stock. Only if integral building concepts and innovative technologies work properly will we be able to construct, renovate and operate efficient and comfortable buildings. In recent years, "technical monitoring" has therefore come onto the market for the quality management of buildings and has been introduced for public buildings (AMEV Recommendation 158 and VDI 4640).
As part of ENERGIETAGE 2024, we from the TMon research project are organizing a workshop on the topic of "Technical monitoring - implement it, but do it right!".
